Training
We have over 20 years of training and course development having worked in post-secondary education for over 25 years. Courses and short-term training have been developed for students as well as community members in various organizations. We can do the same for you!
Program Development
If your interest are in the development of STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematic) education programs for both primary and secondary school levels to community engagement and outreach programs, we are here for you. We have experience in program development including outcome driven logic model design and other models and frameworks, formative and summative evaluation design, and recruitment and retention strategies as well.
Grants and Contract Writing
We have over 20 years of grant writing experience. We can assist with the proposal development, program and budget development. we have access to biostatisticians who can assist with data analysis. We can provide assessment design expertise to ensure that outcomes are realistic and measurable. At a small level, we can assist with grant identification and website enrollment.
Communication Campaigns
Communication campaigns requires a user-centered design and must comprise of market research, and qualitative research methods including focus groups, interviews, and/ or surveys. We will involve the key stakeholders as well as the target populations in all of our health and science communication campaigns.
Research Recruitment Assistance
We are passionate about including all populations in research especially extremely hard to reach populations. It is our goal to promote and explain the benefits of participating in safe clinical trails and noninvasive behavioral research studies. We have experience employing a variety of methods and models for recruitment of clinical trails including the Community Health Worker Model, virtual human technology model and standardized clinical recruitment. We partner closely with entities that serve hard to reach priority populations and will ensure they are at the table and/or understand the various research projects available to them.
